Direction: Heat oil in the pan and add Mustard Seeds and Dry Red Chilli to fry. Add chopped small Onion, Tomato, Drumstick / Carrot (Vegetables of your choice). Now add 2 Tbsp of The Spice Club Sambar Powder and required Salt. Add one cup of water to cook the vegetables. Add 200g of cooked dhal, a small quantity of tamarind water. Stir well and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Now, the delicious Sambar is ready to serve.
