Cancellation and Refund

Touch My Town reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation or Prior notice for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Any of the order placed with Touch MY Town will be subject to cancellation before shipping. Any cancellation request should reach us before the shipping of the product . Ordered Products are packed specially for each customer . Once product is shipped cancellation will not be accepted. . If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed with in a day of accepting the cancelation policy.

You can return a product by logging in at www.touchmytown.com. If we are picking up the product, we will do so on or before the Promised Pickup Date that will be shared immediately upon creating a Return/Exchange ID. Please keep the product(s) along with original packaging and all the tags ready for pickup. If you are shipping the product to us, please pack the following in a sealed bag , The product(s) along with original packaging and all the tags . A piece of paper with the Order ID  written on it. Your refund should get initiated within 7 Working Day from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse
