Touch my town Return Replacement Policies are simple and sober.
Return scheme and conditions are provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

Return Or Replacement :
Exchange , Return and replacement request should be raised with in 48 Hrs . Once ordered product is Delivered at your destination maximum time period of 48hrs is been granted to the customers for Return of products after verification process ..
Once Replacement request is raised by buyer, Touchmytown Replacement support team will validate the request. If the request is valid and approved by the Replacement Support team, will arrange the Re pickup facility.
Our courier partner will pick up the product and send it for replacement. Once the product is received by the seller as soon as possible seller will arrange and dispatch the replacement shipment.
Any Complaints Or Queries after 48 hrs will not be taken into Account . Touch My Town is not responsilble for any kind of issues which is raised after 48hrs
Once order is placed our delivery person will try his best to reach you through our given address and contact number. If the communication address and contacting through telephone or mobile is failed the given order will be automatically cancelled.
After placing an Order through Card Payment and at the time of delivery if the customer is not available in the given address, Delivery charges will be deducted from the paid amount , the remaining amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.
If the delivered product is damaged or due to any other authenticated issues if the product is eligile for return after on going verification process 100% of given amount will be refunded back to the customers account within 7 working days
Cash on delivery option is not availabe for some food products and for Delivery Outside Tamil nadu .
Conditions :
For Replacement shipment should be in following conditions.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product
Product name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like accessories kits, instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product
The product should not be damaged in aspect.
Undamaged Packaging
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Returns Pick-Up Process
Return Pickup will be arranged for the same address given for delivery, in some cases if pickup partner accept then pickup address can be changed.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
